Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns BUT if your items comes defective then we will make it right. Please reach out if you do have any issues.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During holiday seasons, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! We make all our products except the kindle charm. But we do assemble them ourselves.
